In class we have been looking at various Aboriginal Art and we have been working on painting our own. I think the class did an AMAZING job! They all put in a huge effort and I was very proud of them.

The Disco on Friday was excellent. As you can see the children all had a great time! The costumes were amazing and everyone had a great time dancing!

Week 3 Art

Students have been learning a smudge technique in art. In week 3 students designed their own templates ranging from animals to traditional weapons. They then used traditional colours to create a smudge effect.

Cultural Center Excursion

Today the children enjoyed an excursion to the Cultural Center. The students learnt traditional dance, weaving, dot painting and learnt lots of interesting facts. The children had an amazing time and so did I! Have a look at the exciting things we got up to.

Week 2 Art

Students have been continuing their learning on traditional Aboriginal lines. This week they have completed an animal using detailed lines and patterns.
